Both :(
-
my thinking is its got to be piping ( either damaged or wrongly "plumbed in") if each vac tank is fine.....
At least thats thought process i am going through with mine....both are opening/ moving manually...
Presume youve had the Mrs rev its head off whilst watching..
After my imminent and thorough examination of all attached parts im stuck too :(

I'm lucky enough to have spares I can swap out - but I can't be arsed in this weather.

Clarify 'vacs seem ok' - are the vac tank(s) holding a decent vac?
-
After reading this I just realised that mine dont work either? :(

You do need to rev to 4000k plus to see front one working...
-
Yep, tried that, and nothing was moving at the front, checked front pipes, will have a look at the back when the rain stops!
-
same here but only rear one not working all pipes seem fine any idea's
-
the back one is open on idle then flips over at 3400 then closed until 4100+ but as for the ones not working mine did with a badly damaged pipe which was strange but i would check it then check the ecu as there controled through the ecu iirc
