Title: roblem with a stuck help!

Anyone had a problem with a stuck speedo? Mine is stuck at 20 mph whilst parked. I assume that as it is an electronic speedo this is controled by a relay, where will i find it. Only bought it last week.

Is it stuck at 20mph or when driving does it indicate the speed your traveling at plus 20 mph?

check the fuses i remember shorting out the cigeretelighter and the speedo got stuck at 30 mph i believe its a 10 amp fuse
