yes it can also suck in air causing air locks and then overheating

changing HBV is not difficult, removing scuttle makes life easier, just lift HBV off its mounting & pull gently to drivers side as its easier to remove the 3 hoses. Don't forget a box of plasters as you may skin your knuckles :y

thanks again guys is it possible i could resolve the overheating and the aircon in one well i can hope ;)
