After everything done, I now have no rear multiram and is idling at 1200rpm.
ICV cleaned, throttle body cleaned, checked all vac pipes and electrical connections.
What now??
-
Could I have disturbed the throttle position sensor?
nah I doubt it actually
-
Could do with seeing the car really... I still say air leak.

I've done the breather box seals now. The thing I broke this time was..... I managed to strip the thread for the breather box to plenum.
Is this the problem??? If so how do I fix it???
I really am an arse when it comes to fixing things >:(

Why no rear multram?
RPM, that'll likely be an air leak.

I don't know, I've checked everything twice :'( :'(

I have sprayed a bit of carb cleaner around the obvious areas and no sign of air leak.

Just double check you haven't got throttle cable too tight.

Did think that but too knackered to check it now. It didn't appear too tight, however the revs dropped lifted the blipper slightly. There seems to be definite slackness.
Just a thought.... the solenoid I removed to replace the rear multiram, came from the rhs of rad on the fan housing. What is this for and is not having it likely to cause the above symptoms?

Other valve is SAI, shouldn't affect anything, unless 1 way valve in SIA is shot...
Thinking about it, did you put faulty valve on the SAI? If not, do so. Doesn't matter that it dont work.

I did put the faulty valve on to begin with but thought that may be the cause, so disconnected it. The same whichever way. I am at a complete loss now.
