Title: Plastic outer door sill removal?

Need to get this off to take to the body shop. any ideas how to do it... I can't find it in the haynes manual.

No i think that thread is talking about the bump strips, I am asking about the lower sill... the bit thats damaged in the picture!

It just pulls off, its held on by white plastic clips, May be ascrew on either end, but just tease it off, be carefull, the clips break quite easily, not that they are expensive.

There are small clips along the bottom too - these twist on and off
