Title: ecc high pressure service valve help

I have a leak from the high pressure valve on my air con system, its the ball bearing type valve not the tyre type, vx dealer says they have no record of this type of valve only the tyre type and i will have to buy a new pipe at £132 plus fitting to repair the leak, surely this cant be right as i know this type of valve is fitted to other cars e.g. astra ect. can anyone help please?
P.S the cars an early 2001 3.0 elite saloon

Sorry, no direct knowledge of the parts themselves but not overly surprised at the pricing from VX!

I would perhaps be tempted to rescue the required pipe from a breaker yard or see if someone on here who is breaking a similar car can sort you out with a pipe?
