Title: Secondary air injection over-ride? Keep it on?
Post by: The Barge Captain on 14 September 2007, 00:56:52
Silly question I know, but is there any easy way (other than applying 12V dirrect to the motor) to keep the secondary air injection running?
The reason I ask is that I have and exhaust blow from the drivers side bank which only shows when under load (difficult to replicate when stationary) or on a cold start when the air injection is running.  So to help track down the leak it would be helpfull if the air was on for longer.
Any thoughts?

Should be pretty easy to do.

You need to short out the air injection relay (K12, Brown, front one in ECU box)
