Title: Will I need a new door, or is it fixable??
Post by: PaulW on 15 September 2007, 10:06:10
Noticed the passenger side checkstrap has well... eaten a hole in the door itself :(

Is this repairable?  Or would it be best to replace the door itself with another??

No, the kit is for the door (A pillar repair requires welding).  I seem to recall it was about a fiver, but I stole mine of M_DTM (and made him fit it as well ;D), so don't have receipt to check....

I'll get on the blower later and see if they can get me one in :)

Spose I'd best write up a guide when I do it then for future reference ;)

*edit*
