The whole car is rubbed over with a clay bar and a lube oil, this takes out all the blemishes in the paintwork, I have used this method before, after the claying it then gets a full wax treatment then a wet look gloss on top of that.

The problem is, it's impossible to read Mark Twain without a 'Southern' accent and I can't do a 'Southern' accent. And no, I don't mean Dorset!  ;D

Maybe, likely wait until next year at least.  Figured if I have to go do all this license malarky again I might as well do something new while I'm at it.  ::) :)

CBT allows riding of 125, but expires after 3yrs (?). There is a time delay before you can take another.  Direct Access is the one that doesn't expire, and allows you to ride most things.

I'm planning to do the whole thing, if the weather holds out long enough.

Not sure what type of bike I might want though.  Was thinking sport-tourer but not sure it would be comfortable enough.  Needs to be reasonably comfortable for 2.  What about a mild adventure bike?

What some people find comfortable, others dont, so its personal choice...

I don't want to be hunched over too much, but I think that I will prefer a slightly forward tilt.  I'll find out more when I do the lessons.

The look that appeals to me the most is the F650/800 belt drive BMW or Suzuki SV type of thing, or maybe a very mild Transalp style.  I almost got an enduro style in the states a while back, but not expecting to be able to get off the road aroud here so this would be geared around road use.

Zuki SV650 is a great one to start with - torquey, easy to ride etc.

I prefer fully faired myself - I find wind buffetting tiring...

Yeah, fairings are another thing that I will probably prefer but haven't tried yet.

Apparently it's german for a loser that wants you to pay him more than 100 quid, but won't answer the phone or return your calls.  >:(

I guess I'll sleep in and catch the rerun of F1.  ::)
