Title: 2-4-6 Manifold

I have a 2.5 V6, thought the manifold gasket was blowing, a mechanic has said it is the manifold cracked, he says he can get me one for £255 plus 4 hours labour at £50ph, so just under £500.

Is this a bit high???? :o

I can get another manifold from ebay or here maybe, How difficult is it to fit????

Anyone interested in fitting one, if I cant???

erm...... YES!!

Even if it is cracked , get a car on ebay for spares , and spend no more than £250.

Get the manifold and sell the rest as parts to recoup all your money.

Voila!

Or buy one from me at a fraction of that cost, fit it yourself and keep all those hundreds of pounds in your pocket  ;)

I have no room to break a car, i have one parking space and 3 cars already...lol

Is it do-able myself then???

Not too mechanically minded, well I can prob do it, but dont have the tools, and if a bolt breaks im buggered.

Passenger side one is a bit more challenging, but not impossible. May have to undo mount and push engine over a bit
