Check ciggy lighter - I think that is on same fuse.

When mine blew it was the rear cigarete lighter that was at fault, I plug a 12volt coolbox in there quite often, and it seems that over time the whole unit had become loose, causing the base contacts on the lighter to touch and short.
Fuse 14 does however do a lot of other things, so could be any one of these circuits ..
Power steering,
Vauxhall alarm system,
cigarette lighter,
rear window blind,
air conditioning system,
heated front seats,
heated wiper jets
