Title: torque settings

what are the torque wrench settings for a cam cover on  R  reg 2l went to change the plugs today an found 4 mini oil wells must have took 25-30ml out of each one was wondering were the oil went ;D normaly i would just tighten em up but its not a ford  8-)

DON'T just tighten them up!

They should be 8Nm which is very little - otherwise you'll likely damage the camcover.   Have a seacrh on here for cam (aka rocker) cover seals (which you need to change) and breathers (which you need to clean out - the cause of the problem)

And use a torque wrench! 8Nm ain't much at all...
