Title: 3.0 LPG conversion

hi, can anyone on here do a lpg conversion for me? is it better to go somewhere and have it done or get a kit (if one is available) and DIY?? am seriously looking into it for my 3.0 elite.

any thoughts, cheers

One DIY installation underway and a good few more of us teetering on the edge of taking the plunge.

very interesting mate, i will be watching with intrest, its about 45/50 minutes to Alton from here so yes we are quite close. i think there are probably more members near me than i realize!!!!

the kit used in the thread (link posted above) looks pretty comprehensive, as far as i can see you need to get a tank, of which there ar a few on ebay, and maybe a spare inlet manifold to play with, instead of mucking up the one on the car, kit is not bad price either, imo

Chap seems very helpful too and is in Chichester so relatively local.
