Title: It`s Just died

It coughed then it died put some petrol in as it was low but it
wont fire, did a paper clip test 14 and 31 came up , 31 could be because
the engine was`nt running,  would 14 cause the car to stop???
Please Help.

14 is related to the coolant temp sensor.....will it start with about 1/4 throttle and a little cranking?

Is there any spark?

dont know if there`s a spark and no  it wont fire,
car is being recovered so i can check anything just yet.

Hi went to recover it and it started, it was misfiring really bad,  went 300 yards down the
road and it cleared up now running as before, fault codes have gone and all seems
to be fine.
