I am at a loss…I am not getting any warmth out of the air vents. I’ve flushed the hell out of the coolant system, so I am 99.99% sure that it’s completely clear. I have changed the HBV for a new one, I’ve checked all of the vac pipes in the engine bay, I have reset the flap servos in the cabin and the pipes going through the bulkhead are really hot.
What’s next? [smiley=cry.gif]

Had a simular problem, it turned out that the arms had come off the motor which controlled the flaps for distribution.
Look under footwells, sat in drivers seat they are on the left by your foot, unclip the plastic cover from the motor and you will see a black plastic arm, this is attached to your flaps and motor.
Mine had popped off the motor luggs.

Have you.....
directly flushed the matrix?
I had this prob on an old 3.0... I flushed and reverse flushed the Matrix several times.. and viola... Heat !!

Right then...the matrix pipes are getting REALLY hot, so I don't think it's a blockage. I checked the servo/link arm and it is attached, but does not move whatsoever!!!!!
What controls this motor? Where are the connections?

Anybody? I can't use my car until I sort this as it is so cold. I have to wear my motorbike gloves.
