fitted my new projectors today. big improvment . was just wondering if somebody could tell me what type of upgrade bulbs i could fit :-?

I presume the ones you fitted aren't HID?
I suggest you fit some +50 or +80% bulbs. They're worth the extra money over standard ones. The +30% blue "xenon look" are crap compared to the +50 or 80. I bought from here:
