hmm that could be a conservative estimate

Last year we had a track day on a disused runway, there was a top speed run on the day with a speed trap, we got trapped at 147mph it was as scarey as hell

Had more than 140 out of mine, lots more left.  I think Tunnie has had 140 out of mine as well...

Interesting Jay ... would like to try that !!

I know I've had higher out of mine.. off the speedo ... which, since I got a GPS I now know overreads by about 7% ( cruise on autobahn at 100 on GPS .. speedo reads 107 ! ) ... seems to be fairly constant across the whole range as well, but if you were trapped by a calibrated speed gun ....  interesting ..

Bet it was fun though .. :)

All the time i was doing it i was worried something would let go in a monumental fashion (more the steering/suspension than the engine)

Dont think i have ever gripped the steering wheel so much.....

Would i do it again, oh yes, and i would keep my foot down a lot harder
