Hi can any1 help?

My girlfreind was driving then she had a juder then a light came on the light is engine manaement light any idea's? :o

flash out the codes and see what comes out, as TB says

I'd suspect crank sensor causing an early rev limit, but it could be a range of things, so read the codes and take it from there.
