Title: droplink advice

i'm just about to have a go at replacing the droplinks on the omega, anyone got any tips or advice about doing them?

also what torque setting should i do them up to?

tightening torque 65 Nm / 48 lbf. ft.  :y

job done :y took about an hour and a half to do both sides.  only real trouble i had was trying to undo the old nuts, tighter than a nuns whatsit :D

out with the old...

What made you change them, was it an mot failure or was the ride u/s

seems to be a lot smoother, but that might be a physcological thing :D

i changed them cos one was rattling like hell and it was getting a bit embarassing driving down the road ;D
