Title: Immobiliser

94 2.0 omega auto  unable to deactivate the immobiser with key fob so car wont start, new batteries in fob ,checked curcuit board inside fob resoldered suspect joint, red light on fob flashes when button pressed but no responce from immobiliser, light keeps on flashing. Tried to resync fob with key in ignition and turned on but with no luck. Any ideas guys

Is it the infra red one with the small dome type receiver near the sunroof controls/interior light?

I think it is Mark but its not my car so cant say for certain what are you thinking.

I know a way to bypass the immobiliser on the IR setups.....you have PM
