You need to give more info , facelift ? minifacelift ? HID ? etc etc .. there are several different headlights, and maybe this should be in the "parts wanted" forum ???
Be careful of some of the ebay lights, the "black" ones are illegal in this country....
:)

they are repairable bud ! you have to take front lens off and remove reflector !! :y

Cheap Trick:
What has happened is that the adjuster has popped out of its ball socket (or if you are unlucky its snapped!)
Take one electric drill (a slow one) and fit the appropriate hex drive, and wind the adjuster rapidly out towards the front of the light. At some point, it will go "snap" loudly, as the lamp internals will press up against the inside of the lens surround, and the ball pops into place. Just make sure the ball is located in the socket first.
Be careful! ;)
Cheers,
Edwin

Chris - do you have any adjustement holders? I can get aluminium replacement for ca £8-10 each but I want to do them by myself and this will be cheaper. More we will do, less it will cost.
It's much better to fix the headlamp then to buy a replacement one, as they're all the same and it's just a matter of time, when it'll snap.
Unfortunatly - most of headlamp holder failure is bu snapped adjustement holder.
It's a common problem and all lens headlamps are very sensitive. This material looks more like a crayon not a plastic so you can damage it really easy.

Watch out for the ebay ones, WHen I had this problem I bought a second hand projector unit from ebay, when it arrived it had exactly the same problem ! Got a refund but it was a lot of hassle. I went back onto ebay and managed to buy a brand new unit from Germany for £70 inc delivery - and yes it was the correct UK version.

My friend is selling these for ca £9 but I am trying to get a price from another friend who's got the milling machine and can do it cheaper.
I will keep you up to date, as I just had the same problem in my headlamp and now my mum asked me for help with same thing...
These £70 are usually low quqlity DEPO lights so I really advice to fix it than to buy new lamp.

yes please mate keep me informed !! cheers mark :y

Yes, get us a price!

I need dimensions, or a drawing. I have fixed mine so I wont take it out, and the only one I had is in small pieces (few are missing).
I can get plastic bit to take measurements but it might take some time.
