Title: could someone tell me what this part number is

its either 90412395gm or950102, its a part that connects between the engine and matrix or so im told

can't check the part number, but what you describe is the HBV (Heater ByPass Valve)

nope its alloy, about the size and kinda shape of a brake pad but got two half inch holes either end, three threaded holes one slightly bigger then the other to and then a half inch pipe sticking out of it where a hose would connect too.

Just got my reciept the part number for a V6 HBV is

V0090566947

these are the only numbers on the part, its from a 2.5 v6. hopefully have some pics up in a min

Sounds like the coolant bridge.....sits between the two heads?

Yep.....coolant bridge.....do you need one?

Coolant bridge maybe? That has a hole either end for a banjo bolt, a brass stub for the pipe to the throttle body and two threaded holes for temperature sensors.

To far from me......any scrap yards near by......could get one from a V6 Omega, V6 Cavalier/Calibra, V6 Vectra........

Certainly wont be a dealer stock item.

And dont forget 4 nice new douty washers (of the correct type) to fit it with.

ill pop down there tomorrow just didnt have a clue what it was called, if i can get the car gone by sunday then my mate said i can have it lol. thank you for your help ;)

Grab the bolts to.....some people have snapped them in the past when re-fitting (not me!) and you do need new washers which are dealer only parts (normaly a stock item though)
