Title: Missfire at tickover
Post by: cbs2 on 27 January 2008, 21:02:01
hey guys
Spent all weekend with the migs bonnet up. Changed thermostat, oil cooler(a pig of a job!) HBV, HT leads Dis pack etc. when i started it up tonight its running lumpy as hell at tickover, but seems to clear once the revs are up. faced with stripping the plenum etc back off again to see whats a miss. Anybody else experienced this & can point me in the right direction to look??

Cheers
Colin

You've not left the paper tissues in the inlet bridge have you?  I did this today  :D  all was ok once removed!

As TB says air leak.  Are HT's ok? plugs ok?  Are they in the right order?
