Title: 2.5 plenums

hi all. just a quick question. will the plenums from a 3.0 fit on a 2.5.

yes, so long as the 3.0 one is a cable one.

you will have to get a longer throttle cable and cruise cable as well as changing the large pipes that feed into the plenium and the ICV pipe.

i don't believe there was a power increase available by changing them over

Thanx Sir Jay. Sounds like a lot of work so dont think i'll bother. Wasnt after a power increase, the previous owner had the engine laqured and has now gone awful brownish colour that i just cant get rid of. Will have to think of something else  :-/

A bit of paint stripper or cellulose thinners would probably sort it out. :y

Probably plenty in the breakers too.  Not something that really fail.
