 8-)Hi,

I would like to know whats my engine code for my 1995 Omega 2.5td.
Is it X25TD or Y25TD?
Mark,The Boy,anyone?

2.5 diesel engine:

Early unit with no MAF sensor: 25DT
Later unit: X25DT
Final unit which only appeared on the continent: Y25DT

So yours will be either a 25DT (most likely one given the age) or an X25DT with there only being a few minor differences between the two.
