Title: Heater fan speed
Post by: waspy on 27 February 2008, 22:53:52
I can set my heater fan speed to whatever speed i desire, but after switching of the engine, say overnight etc. The speeds set to max again. Is there anyway of setting it a little lower to a speed i choose so i don't have to keep slowing the damn thing everytime :question

What you need is a climate ECU upgrade...

We (and varoius others) have this...

Fans always seem to harsh, system doesnt respond well to overrides...

Get someone with a tech2 to see if your climate ecu has the latest software, if it hasnt and you update it, you will see a huge improvement.

Theboy or Marks DTM Calib can perform this update for you, as could vauxhall....

edit, just seen your in Derbyshire, so not too far from Mark  :y

We never even touch the fan settings anymore, whole system just works nicely  :y
