i used castrol 10w GTX high mileage

but most people in here say vax oil .

even better than castrol ??

Vx oil is very good stuff, and when brought on TC its alot cheaper too ;)

"Castrol oil is fantastic....   ....as a oil flush" was an old saying around my way years ago ;D

Mine gets Vauxhall Semi Synth every time...

The beauty of Vx semi synthetic at trade club price is that its cheap to do frequent oil changes which is one of the best things you can do as regular maintenance.
