not sure if car is differant now I have lpg but it doesnt seem to go into lock quickly when driving around 30 mph its always hovering around 2000 rpm i have to take foot off throttle to try and make it drop is this normal or is it cos less power from gas or is there a problem If none of above can it be rectified with a software upgrade ???

I'd be surprised if you can get an autobox to go into lockup at 30mph....

Well what I mean is that it should drop down from 2000 revs at 30 mph because 2000 is usualy about 50 mph
I have a 2.3 manual car and that runs at about 1100 revs at 30 now I know autos gearing is slightly differant but eventually the car will drop down to about 1500 but it seems to take forever so thats why I was asking is it due to conversion to lpg.

In my experience, most heavy Cars (which the Omi is one them) dont lock up till about 50+ Mph and even then you have to nurse-maid them to stop it from droping down a gear.
The 2.2, which I assume is the Car you talking about, isn't the most torque’st of engines anyway so add that with the fact its now LPG is going to be (in theory) a bit down on torque anyway.
I dont think you can compare a Manual to Auto at the sort of speeds and revs that you are talking about.
Having said all that, then if there was a slight problem with your LPG, then yes it would make the above scenario worse, whats it like on Petrol?
