ok dont all shout i have a large coolent leak at the back of the engine near to the top from what i can make out is there a hose there or something else or hve i cracked the case its a 3ltr elite

ok i have now taken my hbv off as that seems to be the area it s coming from is there a way to test it when its off

Nearly sure to be the cause, as you've gone the trouble of removing it I would just replace it anyway.

That's that one fixed, while you're changing it, breathers clean?
Watch out for air locks when refilling, use 50% antifreeze/corrosion inhibitor.

any suggestions on the air lock front
