Title: Wheels sizes to fit an Omega?
Post by: Arrolman on 22 March 2008, 21:09:30: Im looking at getting some 17 inch rims to go on the Omega, 205/40/17 is the size that im thinking of getting, would these fit ok?

   Hi,
   If you fit 205/40-17s they will throw out you speedo by appox. -6 MPH.
You need to fit at least a 215/50-17 or 225/50-17 to keep the rolling radius correct.

205/65/15, 225/55/16^*, 235/45/17

^* Needs different settings applied to Instrument panel (or replacement if pre 98) and MID via Tech2

Thanks for the replys, ordered a set of alloys with tyres at 205/40r17 but I can change them if I need too, e-mailed the company about fitting 215/50-17 or 225/50-17 so will see what they come back to me with
