Idles fine, at full throttle its also fine but at about 5-10mm travel down on the throttle, it feels like its missing, a bit more on the pedal and its perfect again... Am i missing something obvious?

fault codes ?oil in plug wells ?

My DIS pack failure began like that....later, misfire/juddering got much worse. :(

Sounds like mine...do you get the occasional smell of burning oil and the perfermance gets a bit worse as you do? Will no doubt be oil in the plug wells...

Guys,
Thanks for the suggestions. Plug wells are dry, i cleaned the breathers/changed the gasket myself. There are no fault codes/no eml, the fact that it does it on LPG and petrol excludes fuel i am guessing, so that leaves ignition or air.
Air filter will be changed next weekend (along with pollen filter).
Anywhere else i should be looking???

Vacuum leak somewhere? Vacuum will be greatest on light throttle so the error introduced by a small leak would be greater. Look for a split breather hose and don't forget the LPG system will have a vacuum feed to the reducer and map sensor.

Well i can definately say that wont fix it ;D ;)
Seriously tho......i dont think it will be ignition as it would be worse on lpg......or only doing it on lpg but not petrol......lpg tends to find those ign probs before petrol does.
When was air filter changed last? if you carnt remember or never.....id go for that first......i changed mine 1st when my 2.2 had done 60k.....i stupidly thought the vx dealer was doing it on servicing......it made a difference to mine.....in fact it was that clogged up.....that my 2.2 idled fast for a day......until ecu made adjustments to compensate for the extra air it was getting.
Then id go with Kevins suggestions :y
