Title: Airbag light

Hi just changed couple of dash board lights on car one behind fuel and other behind speedo, left ignition off as said to do so in help section yet air bag light has come on now, Any ideas? Thanks Steve

Needs reading / resetting with a TechII or equivanlent I'm afraid.

You've not hit any bikers recently???  ::)  :y  :y  :y

You need a code reader to find the fault & reset it. I have one if you're passing by.  :)

Must've didturbed some wiring/connections. My Astra did something similiar after messing with the column.

Just my mate for slamming the bonnet down on car when it was jacked up and i was underneath it to say i sh*t myself would be an understatement

Did you switch on ign with dash out? That often brings on airbag ligth.

No, even left keys on back seat to make sure i didnt accidently press button.

Take up Andy B's offer to look why its on.  Cheapo tech2 couldn't read why mine was one when I tested one (I unplugged seat loom), but could clear airbag light once fault was fixed.  Even if it can't read why its on, should be able to reset it :y
