Hey again, not havin much luck finding a 3.2 engine! Does anyone know if a 3.0 will fit and run with the 3.2 ECU's etc??

Not really as the 3.2 is fly by wire and the 3.0 is cable so i believe the ecus are different. and so are the wiring looms. :-/

Hi! Thanks for the reply, im at a loose end with what 2 do so thought of that option, so the search must continue  :-/

It will if you get a post 98 one and swap everything over including the cam covers

if you just use the block and heads and swop eveything else over yes no worries ! :y

Took the heads off, it's over heated and damaged both heads so need replacing, block also looks damaged so rather than risk it thought new engine
