As many of you know the autobox fitted to all Omegas is a generic one that many manufacturers use so while surfing i found the following pages which is a very well explained how to on rebuilding your auto box with pics and text  hope it helps someone!!

Even though probably the majority of their cars in the US are auto's the price for a rebuild at $2400 seems much dearer than for us.

I like item '15 work in a clean area' and the 3rd pic on the top row, especially the truck jacked up using an axle stand on a concrete/thermalite block, very dodgy..
