hi can you tell me how to loosen aux belt please

Basically you should have an automatic tensioner which is sprung loaded, you need to move this with a 15mm spanner which will then allow you to remove the aux belt.

When was it last changed (including tensioners and idler)?

Guessing that you have some odd noises ....  :)

Loosen the aux belt by 15 mm socket on the top left pulley (as you look at the front of the engine)... it should swing inwards as you try and turn the nut .. lift the belt well clear .. run engine for a SHORT time - water pump is not running - and listen for the noise .. if its gone its one of the aux belt services.

ON mine it was the tensioner pulley itself .. less than £30 and 5 minutes to change .. :)

watch your fingers when you slip the belt off - the spring tension is quite powerful.
