Title: rear offside electric window
Post by: bappy on 02 May 2008, 14:04:55
Well I was driving down the french motorways at ridiculous speeds with 3 mates in the car for xmas holidays.

my mate sat behind me was eating pistacios and kept openning and closing the window to chuck the shells out. I got annoyed and hit the child window lock :D

since then with the child lock on or off you can only control the rear offside window from the button on the front.

what do i do? and what replacement part does my mate have to buy for me?  ;D

no reply as yet strange  :o but i would try a new switch on the rear door as if it was anything else the window would fail to work at all ;)

I would be inclined to think that a connection came loose when you hit it (hard?), so I would investigate that possibility first. :y
