If there's no leak then just replace at your leisure.

i just wanted to flash the coolant but i couldnt
so i took the coolant out and wash it it was soooooo dirty

i put 1 liter antifrez and 1 liter water
i know it wouldnt clean the system
but at least i got 2 liter 50/50 mix and clean coolant

You can always do it the old fashioned way and remove the bottom hose... That's the way I do it regardless of whether there's a drain plus for exactly the reason you've noted!

Yes it will be a large bore hose.

Thats what I had to do as you could not get to the tap to turn it. Took me a whole afternoon as I filled and emptied the coolant 4 times just to make sure I had got rid of as much of the old coolant and sludge from the system.
