Never had the two codes come up at the same time and I can't help feeling only one of them will need to be changed but which one?  Changing the crank sensor will probably get rid of both cam and crank codes.  Any symptoms, like car failing to start etc?

Code 38 is the o2 sensor - any holes in the exhaust?  Wiring ok to the sensor?  You'll need to test the sensor with a voltmeter to see if it's working ok.

19 - Crank Sensor - deal with this 1st - other codes will probably clear as well.

I suspect the cam and crank sensors need changing - a failure on one of them should not cause a 2.0l to stop, but worth changing one first, then see what happens
