Title: Leaky Thing under the hood
Post by: JesterRT on 21 May 2008, 18:57:07
Hi all...

Got steam from under the bonnet today.  Stopped to take a quick look and it seems that some small black circular thing is leaking gently and the water is being evaporated, but, I've no idea what the 'thing' is, so...

What's the circled bit in the picture?

Ta!!!

You 2.5 diesel owners have it easy, open the bonnet and there it is, the HBV, oh its leaking, 10 minutes it's changed, on v6 petrol engines its at the back of the engine, not so easy. Good luck.  ;) ;)
