Any one had a problem when the engine doesn't produce full power. At the begining one cilinder wasnt working at all. I have changed spark plugs, coil pack, and spark plugs. It seem got better but still its a bit slow and sometimes shaky. Any ideas what else might be? I thought about injectors but dont want to change them if it is not the problem.

just have changed coil pack, ignition leads and spark plugs. no oil leak on plugs nothing. the engines starting to gain power just over 3000 rpm but on low its shaking and hasn't got much power. I had the same omega 2.5 v6 just cd model and it was like a roket, but this one seems to strugle a bit. Thinking about connecting computer at the garage maybe it will tell something.

Engine management light working ok? Sounds like it's running in limp mode. Turn the ignition on to position 2 without cranking the engine - does the light with the engine symbol appear? With such a lack of power up to 3000rpm i'd imagine the light to come on.

No light comes off. I have left the car for engine diagnostic today. Will see what computer say.

If no fault codes show it could be a partially blocked exhaust - car will still run but power will be way down.

EGR valve stuck open?
