Your coming to the lakes meet aren't you? get it checked then :y
Does your invoice state staring and ending versions?
generally 9 is the latest, but in some instances think there is a 10 (0A) and some are back at v2 being the most current!

IIRC 10 doesn't really offer anythng above 9.

lol, its dependent on the system hardware, on some systems the latest is v10, some are v9 and some are v2.....TIS (assuming its the latest) always uses the latest version and its not changed since about 2001ish

Cool thanks all that is great, i think mine is V9 so should be ok. :y

Purely out of interest, which system hardware component / combination of components is the deciding factor?
I think when you did mine you said that V9 was recommended by TIS for the 3.2.

Hi, what is the recommended (latest) version for a 1998 Omega 2.5 V6 Auto Saloon please?

The 2.2 Petrol seems to be the odd one out, some of the first of them have a very unusual autobox ecu and the later one is also different...........

Interesting, TD posted on a thread recently about Canbus DTC's relating to the autobox on 2.2's are quite common.
