Hi guys and Girls..

Can anyone tell me what the function of the reset button is when you use it in RANGE TO GO on the fuel computer, I pressed it by accident and now my RANGE seems a bit inaccurate

Cheers

reset button can be used independly on:

average mpg
trip
distance traveled

or press and hold to reset all.

You prob reset the average mpg, which has not confused the range function.

All the range does is take the average mpg over the last 12 miles, works out whats left in the tank, and gives you the range.

Definatly reset the RANGE on the computer, got 3 horizonal lines, then got a random Range figure, but I did it with less than 12 miles till I got home, so I will put 5 litres in a can and run it dry and see what it says !!

Hope I dont run out of petrol more than 25 miles from a petrol station !! I think ill just HOON around my village hahahah 7 MPG here we come

Cheers

You can press reset on range to get it to recalculate from that point in time. It will get back to normal accuracy after a few miles.
