does anyone have such a thing as an electronic copy of a workshop manual for a 2000 mv6?

Haynes have paper one obviously.

Remember, no discussion of distributing or acquiring copyright material.

Not specifically, but prefacelift ones covers all mechanical bits, just doesn't cover interior trim pieces.
