Most Omega's but all V6's have one engine fan plus two aircon fans, all three have two speeds, however if the engine is operating in hot weather all three fans should engage to give improved engine cooling. "To Test Catera(read Omega V6) Radiator Fans & Wires" was posted on a USA Catera site by Mr Terry Wong 2 years ago, I have gained his permission to post it on OOF, I think you will find it very useful.
Question ? can I email it ?? if so who to !

Well I for one would be interested in this. Can you insert it in a post (a new one) - and then let an admin know and they can move it to the maintenance section?

Is he the author of the post, or a forum owner?

Terry Wong is the author of the post and he is happy for it to be shown on OOF, he confirmed it today, I understand why you ask, it would take forever to get the OK from the Catera forum.

It is likely the website owner also owns the copyright to that post as well, hence why we need permission from both before copying the content.
It is ok to link to that infomation directly though.

I feel sure it would be ok, however you look on the following for a possible link : Yahoo Groups, Omega Owners - Files - Omega Fan Test (From Catera Owners) or Yahoo Groups, Catera Owners - Files - Catera_Adj_Fan_Switch_Test- jpg, or I can Email you the info !
P.S If you look on Catera Owners you will see the post from Terry.
