It should mostly be straight forward except for the memory function and seat movement.

Sadly I need my wiring diags with me and I dont have those at the moment.

Pin 1 (Red)    Pos Supply
Pin 2 (Black)  Pos Supply
Pin 3 (Brown) Chassis 0V

You need to connect the above wires on the large spare connector you haev from the seat up as above.

These should be available on the wires which would have done the seat height adjustment on the old setup.

Cant the seats be moved manually.

When I bought my Elite, the guy showed me a little meccano like screw driver that slotted into somewhere so they could be manually over ridden.  Whether it was just the height, or maybe other movments I dont know as I never looked.

The winding handle only moves back and forth.

Connect up as per Marks DTM Calib's instructions above to get seat working - obviously you won't have any memory function on mirrors as your car has wrong mirrors fitted.

Do they sound seized, or just dead? If later, check for power at connector.

So it sounds as if either the control unit or all motors failed (unlikely) or you've wired it wrong ;)

Until you've got it going, can you put old cloth seat back in?

IIRC, you may need to connec tup 2 reds and 2 blacks

Take the seats out and apply 12v directly across each set of contacts in the plugs, this properly tests each motor just incase you simply have a bad connection. When I changed the seats in the last miggy I had a problem with one plug not quite seating properly .. looked OK but wasn't.

If you find a knackered motor, either change the whole base frame or swap the motors over old to new .. ??
