Title: 2 Warning lights on

Just driving home tonight and 2 warning llights have come on and stayed on. Both light up with ignition and do not go out. They do not flash.

They are the ABS light and the light to the right of it, an engine light in profile. It is marked in the maual as the exhaust emmission light.

The engine seems to run perfectly and is not in "limp home mode".

Any idea why both of these lights are on?

Have you tried to read the codes ... on some 3.2's this works ...

With ignition OFF press brake pedal and accelerator pedal right down at the same time, switch ignition to ON but do NOT start engine.

Count the series of flashes on the EML light - write them down, 10 flashes = 0, come back and tell us the codes you get.

If the light flashes continuously you have no stored codes and I guess a visit to a Tech2 will be required :(

ill bet on possible blocked or damaged pre cat?
