Title: What make/grade manual gearbox oil?

As above really, would like to change the gearbox oil and need the best make/grade of oil and any pointers that may come in handy  :y

I know there is a specific Vauxhall oil referred to in Haynes.  Its also worth a visit to the Opie oils website where they recommend various options depending on vehicle.
