Title: 3.0litre Elite gearbox problem

The gearbox on my Elite has a little kick back when I come to a halt .It seems to me that the gears are sticking a bit ,but when on the move,she goes up and down the range with no problems .A friend has suggested that the problem might be solved by changing the gearbox oil ,do any of you guys have any ideas?

Worth doing the ATF anyway, so see what happens after

Definitely worth changing atf as a first shot.
