Title: Crank Sensor
Post by: DaviesEB on 04 August 2008, 14:14:02
My Miggy has been down for about two month waiting for parts.
I finally got parts from the UK Pentagon Vauxhall.
I was sent a V0090492006 N/STK Crank Sensor. It is the Metal type. I remember my faulty sensor was Black and plastic.

Can this work? I am yet to see my mechanic
Thanks ;)

Good old Pendragon, given you the wrong one  >:(

The plastic and metal types are different, but to be doubly sure, check the connector.

On a serious note the connector looks the same as the faulty one except that it is metal.

Please advice.
Thanks

The difference in the connectors are that one is slightly more oval than the other.  If the connectors are absolutely identical, I guess that will be OK  :-/

The connector is wrong. Mine is the oval type and plastic not metal
