Title: ECU connections for LPG Conversion (Again)
Post by: Lazydocker on 15 August 2008, 17:51:12
Sorry Guys and Gals... I know this has been covered umpteen times but I can't find the final answer I'm after!! ::) ::) :-[ :-[

I need RPM (Easy)
Switched Live (Easy)
Lambda Bank 1 (Driver's side)... This is the one I'm not sure of!!
Lambda Bank 2 (By process of elimination, passenger side!!) Again, not sure!

Please can someone give me the definitive answer to the wire colour and Pin Number for these :question :question :question

Thanks in advance people... I'm planning to have it all fitted and running by Wednesday evening :y :y :y

Carry out a search matey, it is on here already.
All the wires you need are going to the main ECU( by the battery) but i cant remember the colours :(

Just really need to know which pin is for which bank on the lambda wires! I've found both the others!

I guessed at which way round they were. My plan was to switch one bank onto petrol and back to see if the software was seeing the lamdas correct - if not I would just swap the wires. I guessed right though so didn't have to do any messing around other than to finish tidying the loom back up where I had connected in.

And can you remember which was which? Or are you just going to tease me?

The wires were both the same colour on mine and I've no idea which was which. I looked the pins up in the Haynes and guessed that the left lamda shown on the page was the n/s! I soldered onto the wires just back from the pins inside the ECU plug - the wires changed colour about 2" later in the loom. Maybe this will be right for all facelifts ::).
